1. What is Vittle Box Daily’s subscription service?

Our service provides home-style vegetarian meals on a daily basis through flexible subscription plans. We specialize in Gujarati and Punjabi cuisine with Jain options available.

 

2. What kind of meals do you offer?

We offer fresh, wholesome vegetarian meals with rotating menus. Each meal typically includes sabzi, dal/kadhi, roti, rice, and salad or accompaniments.

 

3. Are Jain meals available?

Yes, we offer Jain meal preparations. You can opt for this preference when subscribing.

 

4. What are the subscription options available?

We offer 2 days, 7 days and 14 days plans for lunch or dinner. 2 Days plan comprising of 2 meals has validity of 2 days only, 7 Days plan comprising of 7 meals has validity of 10 days and 14 Days plan comprising of 14 meals has validity of 25 days.

 

5. How can I subscribe?

You can subscribe through our website. After payment of subscription, our Account Executives will call you and confirm your plan and address.

 

6. Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can pause or cancel your plan with a prior notice of 24 hours or by contacting our Account Executive.

 

7. What is the delivery area?

Please check the Available Location tab in Order Now tab.

 

8. What time are meals delivered?

Lunch is delivered between 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM, and dinner is delivered between 07:00 PM – 09:00 PM.

9. How is the food packed?

Meals are packed in hygienic, food-grade containers designed to keep your food fresh and intact.

10. What payment methods are accepted?

We accept digital payments via UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and wallet payments. Please note that pay on delivery is not available. All subscriptions must be prepaid.

11. Can I swap meals during my subscription?

Yes, we offer the flexibility to swap meals based on availability. If the swapped meal has a higher price, you will simply need to pay the difference in charges. Swaps must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
